since you have met all your targets, you now have the opportunity to win a rabbit.... just land one of these ping pong balls inside any of the goldfish bowls
It's theoretically possible to get a bonus of a (small) portion of the amount by which you exceed your annual billing target, but in practice I'm not sure that it's actually possible.
then our company got bought out so we had to renegotiate to end of year lump sums. This year's will be the first time I'm eligable for a full payout where I haven't had to spend it on scary immediate debt, paying off previous holidays or putting a deposit on a flat. Not really sure how well I'll handle having that much money staring at me. I'm usually broke, which helps me avoid ridiculous financial decisions.
As in performance of the company. Everyone gets the same percentage. Will have to wait until December, but last year most people got about 5k apparently. And then there's also individual clauses in my contract I believe.
Yes

Got £100 to spend on arts stuff
But you have to pay it out then claim it back.....I've never got a spare £100, its a cruel cruel joke
what do you do?
Work in the arts sector doing computery stuff
gizza job
We're losing people not recruiting unfortunately
I got a whole £80 from Asda a couple of weeks back
My girlfriend is gonna get about £1000 from Waitrose next week, and earnt about a grand less than I did over the year.
Ah well, better than a kick in the bollocks, I suppose. Most of my girlfriend's bonus is going straight to me, mind you (to pay for the holiday).
i've told you, i don't know until friday
You didn't tell me anything.

Bored even myself with this post.
sub thread; what's the biggest bonus you ever received
mine is £3k
which i expect will be dwarfed (dwarved?) by some of the executive DiSsers
(there's a bit at the start of the hobbit about forms of the word dwarf i think)
20k in a year for selling shit to people they didn't want
not got anything to show for it, other than 2 failed relationships and numerous friendships in tatters
sales was definetely not for this cat.
*55k
Do you work for Games Workshop?
Not sure
Maybe about £12k.
you know, i would have thought more
It may be more
I don't really keep track.
:'(
be pleased for him ffs
Thanks, c_r
You're the best.
no problem.
jealousy ITT
not really
it was a pretty crass thing to say, and fully deserving of that face thing flop posted
What, that I don't really keep track?
In the legal profession, the focus is on base salary rather than bonus, that's all.
OK, mate
misinterpreted it as 'I have so much money that I don't keep count'
sorry

more jealousy
sorry you're poor
you're a big baby
because i'm happy for people who do well?
My small sister got her bonus last week
£6k! It'd be dangerous for someone like me to receive that much in one go, I'd be straight out of the door and on the next plane to somewhere awesome.
small sister?
bit weird
She spent it on stilts.
She's my sister and smaller than I am.
What's your beef, spaceman?
most people say `little` or maybe `kid`
weirdo
Those are things sheeple say
my firm used to give out annual bonuses, but for tax reasons (or something) rolled the base amount plus a little increase into everyone's salary instead
There was widespread uproar at the loss of bonuses.
People can be right idiots sometimes.
that made no sense
THEY INCLUDED THE BONUS IN PEOPLES' SALARY INSTEAD, ALRIGHT.
We used to have that at my old job

I used to get a 3% one at Sainsburys
200 p/m
if some people do some stuff
I can not affect this
No.
But I usually get a BONER(s) when I 'work' with OMW.
have you left the house yet today?
I'm back in work you sick fuck!
Leaving now though. See ya Viney.
It's performance related for us
