I got a whole £80 from Asda a couple of weeks back
My girlfriend is gonna get about £1000 from Waitrose next week, and earnt about a grand less than I did over the year.
Ah well, better than a kick in the bollocks, I suppose. Most of my girlfriend's bonus is going straight to me, mind you (to pay for the holiday).

It's theoretically possible to get a bonus of a (small) portion of the amount by which you exceed your annual billing target, but in practice I'm not sure that it's actually possible.

My small sister got her bonus last week

my firm used to give out annual bonuses, but for tax reasons (or something) rolled the base amount plus a little increase into everyone's salary instead
There was widespread uproar at the loss of bonuses.

THEY INCLUDED THE BONUS IN PEOPLES' SALARY INSTEAD, ALRIGHT.
We used to have that at my old job
then our company got bought out so we had to renegotiate to end of year lump sums. This year's will be the first time I'm eligable for a full payout where I haven't had to spend it on scary immediate debt, paying off previous holidays or putting a deposit on a flat. Not really sure how well I'll handle having that much money staring at me. I'm usually broke, which helps me avoid ridiculous financial decisions.

It's performance related for us
As in performance of the company. Everyone gets the same percentage. Will have to wait until December, but last year most people got about 5k apparently. And then there's also individual clauses in my contract I believe.
