Miss Reissmann, a former mental health nurse, said: "No one has been banned from any group. I passed on concerns that had been raised with me and wanted to let Mrs Raftery know what our group stood for."
normally seen on the daily mail website
although they made sure the link in their own article failed
99% of what's in the papers is cack. Always has some kinda editorial and personal bias, and what people forget is that a paper is just trying to sell as many copies per day. They're write any old crap to fill the quota of pages and get people to buy it.
Bascially, the older I get, the less faith I have in the mainstream news.
SO WHAT WE GONNA GO?
Goes and wanks whilst hitting myself over the back with a twig whilst repeating *I must learn to be a better human*
I don't think anyones ever asked me?
DIDO'S DISASTROUS 40th BIRTHDAY
This was some fucking party...
It's her birthday, and also Christmas Day, and she's working out instead of seeing her family and having a good time. Paints a rather sad picture, doesn't it? I feel sorry for the White Flag hitmaker.
How does this article make you feel?
and realised that they don't total 100
would've been funny
I have no idea why, they like feeling sorry for themselves I suppose. It is like the story of the foster couple in Rotherham (mentioned in the article) who apparently had a kid taken off them for being UKIP members. Turned out it wasn't a factor at all.
The word on Tory street is that UKIP have been getting their members to contact every left wing pressure group they can find with a letter saying *Hi I’m from UKIP can I join your club?* knowing that eventually one will write back saying either saying *piss off fascist* or at least, as in this case, say *erm are you sure you want to join us?*. They then feed the resulting story to right wing news desks on the day that friendly editors are on shift.
Personally I think thuis shows a level of organisation that has been beyond UKIP up to now. But with enough Tory defectors with experience in dirty tricks it could be true.
I don't think that has happened before.
Actually, there's not really much of a risk - most people who go to book groups just skim read the wikipedia entry on the bus over these days.
I made a joke about that being what usually happens at our book club but then I felt bad and deleted it. It is kind of true though.
That shows very scary levels of organisation.
Thank fuck in my area they are limited to a shouty man getting, uh, shouty.
the local constituency is a labour safe seat, but the Tories still got 10k votes. It is exactly the sort of area that UKIP are looking get *surprisingly* good showings in in order to get more publicity. Exactly the sort of area they could collect MEPs from.
but that photo of a dazed Farage in a crashed light aircraft amuses me a little bit.
