Not cafe type things, the ones that are like Subway but with noodles.
They seem to be popping up all over the place. What's with that?
What do you think of noodle bars? Wat do you order if you go to one?

- There's two
  
  One on Newgate street and a new one on grainger street. They both have their good and bad points.

        I think it's been absorbed by various other markets
        
        Quayside, Tynemouth station, star and shadow etc. Even the Cluny has a craft market thing every now and then.

I haven't tried the non wagamama places in Newcastle. I would like to. Bowls gotta be gigantic though.

There is a good one in Glasgow, next to Garage i think

(I have no idea if it is good or bad as the times i have been there i have been pretty drunk)

not a big fan of ramen

to me its quite a messy struggle to eat and not particularly tasty, and is full of pig fat and stuff.

like noodles generally though.

There's a place called "Street Food" that's at Raithbone Street, near

Charlotte Street at I went to last week for the first time. Cheap and very cheerful. Basically a varied menu from various Far Eastern countries. Worth checking out.
