I just had to deal with an utter twunt of a customer service person, and after the call I said that I never thought call centres were too good for some people, until now.
A colleague asked what that person should do for a living instead and I replied "Smashing down walls with his face".
I got a UNIVERSALofficeLOL. My day is made.
