How do I stop my teeth going yellow?
I have a naturally pale, ruddy Celtic skin tone which doesn't help with the above, but lately I've been noticing my teeth are looking worse than Shane McGowan meets Pete Doherty meets the Nightmare Prince from Potsworth and Co. Can anyone suggest possible ideas to sort this out? I've tried conventional stuff like, er, using whitening toothpaste and mouthwash, and drinking less black coffee but it doesn't seem to do owt.

Try drinking less yellow coffee
You have to make sure never ever to drink tap water
which contains sunset yellow (a banned substance in over 300 countries).
The cruel truth is that it also contains fluoride which reacts with this (scientifically proven) and causes 'dentical jaundice' (medical term).

Well
I get stains on my teeth as I love red wine, stupidly strong black coffee and smoke and I use Green People Peppermint toothpaste - it has chalk in it to buff up the gnashers and it works a treat.
Despite the fact that this comment reads like a Top Tip it's true.

stop freebasing crack
start drinking white emulsion paint (shiny).
sugar, coffee and fags
go to the dentist
and they clean them with this thing that feels like a sander on your teeth
