It's not a million miles from what I do most days though (minus the headache).
I'm not hungry at all when I wake up, and it's not until 11am I'll start to feel peckish - I'll usually have some biscuits or fruit in a good week. Then some soup or similar for lunch at about 2pm-3pm. Then when I get home later I'm starving and just want to eat junk (which I sometimes do, sometimes don't).
I just want to not be a fatty any more.

which is not going to help your body take on the right things fom the food you eat.
You're doing almost exactly the opposite of what naturally slim people do with their eating habits. Maybe try to force yourself into eating the other way round? You'll probably find you have tons more energy during the day (the key to this is NOT then eating the smae size dinner portion as normal though. I never get this right.)
