yesterday someone i know took their daughter to the beach
they made sandcastles and had a good time but when they left a family who'd been sat near them moved over to the spot my friend had just left and started taking pictures of their kids with my friends sandcastles

i went to the beach as a kid with my mum and dad
i built an amazing sand turtle - it really was excellent, very detailed, good use of shells, took ages
anyway - my mum asked if i wanted an ice cream so i went with her to get one. was really nice, was having a great day.
went back to finish the final details to my sand turtle masterpiece, and someone had smashed it to bits.
