6th commandment. 'new chick, new pic'
This is a brilliant exception. Consistently hilarious.
that absolutely 'gets' the thing it's playing off
I've tried but I don't think that I've seen enough seinfeld or live in new yawk so dont get their culture
George tries (& fails) to grow a beard for his hipster gf. JERRY:"You look like an ugly 12 year old." GEORGE:"You don't think I know that?!"
the kramer one about inventing 2d glasses for people who don't like 3d films was brilliant
I'd seen bits and piece of it on TV over the year but never the whole lot.
I'm really enjoying it BUT about 70% of the plots revolve around some misunderstanding that wouldn't happen now because of new technology. It's weirdly quaint in that way.
was the one about George realising everyone could see what he listened to on Spotify :D
it's weird because it references a lot of stuff and technology that was of it's time, but looking back now, as you say, there'd be an easy fix. like if they had mobiles it never would've happened. it might not age well as people forget when such times existed.
i think they could've continued it and got decent material every week even to now. it's always just one or two simple ideas that the story evolves from. that's what makes the modernseinfeld twitter account so followable
picking up with the characters fifteen years later. so much potential in that.
