  Probably on the cross- trainer the other day. Actually no this morning someone chapped my letter box when is just for out te shower and it was an unfriendly and threatening sound.

  Depends if you need a holiday to relax or things to be done. If I had a. Holiday I'd do lots of exercise cause I am unfit and cooking cause I enjoy cooking. I'd also read a novel or two and get in touch with friends I've not spoken to for a while. Maybe go for a nice walk one day weather permitting
