walk to and from work (just under a 3 mile round trip daily)
gym x 3 (mainly cardio stuff 60-90 min per visit)
climbing x 1 (2 hours bouldering)
the rest of my time is spent at my desk eating sweets and crisps
football x3 (7 a side match, 11 a side training, 11 a side match)

Mix of weights, running and mma (compises either jiu jitsu (gi & no gi), boxing, muay thai).
Maybe 6 times a week if I play football with the DiS LADS on sundays

Cycle 40+ miles each week
Football play on average probably about 30 minutes per week? Maybe.
I walk for at least an hour and a half each day.
4 x 5k Runs
3 x 1 hr bike, rollers
1 x 1 hr gym
2 x long cycles (3-6 hours)
some walking and stuff.
3x 45minutes cardio in the gym
except not this week, because my ankle's fucked
get some weights in there man

in the summer, that bike mileage goes up to close to 400 miles a week.

That's it. I don't really like exercise, but I do like sport. Honestly quite surprised at how much time some people on here spend exercising.

Football every monday for an hour, Football for 2 hours or so every other Sunday, Gym 5-6 times a week.
