I've done basically nothing for about a month thanks to the holidays closing the gym and being snowed under with uni work. Things are clearing up now so it's time to get started again - although I'm thinking of quitting the council gym and joining the university one, it's less handy for me but its slightly cheaper and a much newer facility.
lots of cardio planned and i'm finally able to make time to get down to the climbing centre and do some bouldering too
