This is exciting new ground for me, as is sports/exercise as a whole.
So I've been doing a bit of jogging recently using the Couch to 5k app, and I've been enjoying it. Did a run in the cold last Thursday though and started to feel a pain in my right ankle as I was doing it. I pushed on thinking it would pass. I haven't jogged since then but did a lot of walking this weekend, and the pain has carried on nagging at me, kind of in the ankle, sort of top of the foot/right side of it, sometimes making it feel like it's painful to put weight on, sometimes fairly fine. Had to sprint for a train last night and after that it really hurt, I was limping.
What to do? Just take it easy until it goes away? Will ice or something help? It's not bruised or swollen or anything.
What sports injuries do you have?
