hobbies that you should probably grow out of by adulthood...
like reading Harry Potter books, or spending loads of time playing computer games, or still buying comics, or being well into wrestling, or Warcraft, or train sets, etc, etc, bit sad or live and let live?
Is reading fantasy novels any less productive than reading proper adult books (not blueys), or is playing your shoot-'em'up games (heh) any more a waste of time than sitting online all day? Why's it frowned upon for a grown man to like wrestling or to wear a football shirt, but not for one to like cricket or be a keen cyclist?
I quite like a game of Sensi, am partial to watching the odd bit of wrestling on TV now and again, even picked up a couple of war comics on Ebay recently. Felt a bit dirty, tbh. Where's the line - what are accepted geeky interests, which mark you out as likely nonce material? Isn't it all just unproductive nonsense that you should knock on the head after a certain age?
No indie points available for this one, no matter how carefree, chilled out and grown up some of you attempt to sound on the subject. Shoot...
