One of the worst things I've ever seen.
The same people responsible for the T-Mobile Flashmob series that pissed everyone off a few years back.
Watched up until episode 6 last night: won't be watching it any more. It's just another brainless and ridiculously plotted American TV in the same vein as Homeland, Lost etc. Its even has gimmicky flashbacks.
Kevin Bacon is very good in it, and Purefoy is ok as the standard "Posh Brit in USA: must be a bad guy role", but some of the plotlines, character decision making and plot holes are god awful
Any one enjoying this?
but it's still nowt special. I did like the bit when the guy got burnt on the street though.
So many "shouting at tele" and "why the fuck are you doing that" moments for me.
Plus every episode having to have a "Kevin Williamson patented jump-out-of-your-seat moment" and cliffhangers everywhere. RUBBISH
or just plain depressing?
Up until Episode 6, it crossed a line. It was on a par with helicopter abduction scene in Homeland.
Characters ignoring really obvious courses of action just to serve a plot device. Several in one episode was too much
true, I was expecting it to be a bit more gritty and have a better plot. But, it's mindless tellie to watch when the football's on.
