I boiled some water and peeled a few spuds.
I put the spuds and a bit of salt in a big pan.
I finely chopped a bit of onion and put it in a frying pan.
I waited until the spuds were just about cooked through and added the onions to the pan.
I opened a tin of corned beef and chopped into cubes (about an inch square)
I added the corned beef to the pan
I added a few drops of lea & perrins and a good amount of black pepper
I re-covered the pan and left on a low heat for about 30 minutes or so checking/stirring 3/4 times.
I turned off the heat and served some of the pan contents with a crusty roll.
