Not mine thankfully, but this pic is doing the rounds on Twitter: how desperate would you have to be to take this:
Someone should tell him. Or her?
deeply autistic live-in landlord seeks victim
If he was autistic there probably would have been zero grammar or sloppy spelling errors and it would have been more long winded OR just a childlike drawing... you, nobby nobby noo-nar!
'NO PORK' & 'alcohol to be kept in your room' - what could these two things suggest?
is that to do with insurance?
That's what I do anyway, nice of someone to spell it out.
Because you know that despite the lunatic landlord, someone will see this as a good place to live.
I'm sure we've all heard horror stories of what people put up with renting. I do wonder whether they'll ever be any actual regulation that is enforced when it comes to landlords and letting/renting. Probably not.
(see point one)
loads of those people are mentals (apart from my first london landlord i lodged with, who was lovely and had a tabletop space invaders cabinet i used to eat my dinner off).
where's the rest of the note, dammit? i want to see the sub categories.
Nice bit of carrot-stick "Oo-er missus, potential religious issues!" put in there as well
I'm getting my deposit ready but it'd be good to straighten these things out now.
this one has got to be fake though. i'm not buying that at all.
i can't see any legal problems arising for the landlord from the "you will have to leave immediately" rule. none at all.
