you can see his fucking chest muscles before he started
however having a personal trainer screaming at you to keep at it through every session must make it harder to quit and thus increase the chance of success
but I bet it's really small.
Then I'm Jabba the fucking Hutt
work out for 12 weeks.
Then use photoshop to achieve the desired results.
so that's what he's been doing since eggheads
i think daily mail are just trolling again
"Average Joe gained 10kg of muscle and lost 8kg of fat – the equivalent of 16 large packs of butter"
Gaining 10kg of muscle in 12 weeks is flat out NOT POSSIBLE. IT'S SCIENTIFICALLY FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE. The most lean mass an adult male can possibly gain in one month is 1 pound, 2 pounds if you're new and have high testosterone. Even with steroids, this is a far fetched claim. But note how it supposedly took 12 weeks, which is the average cycle time for a steroid run. How are they allowed to print shit like this. How.
do you think i'm making this up?
And you only have to have a quick look at the comments to see that most people seem to agree with you. Just makes me wonder why this is seen as such an ideal to aim for.
Steady on, Tyler. Everyone on the bus thinks we're mental.
FUCKING LOVE IT
I think they are bullshitting on the muscle mass gain., but it doesn't look to me like he's been roiding.
He's lost weight, toned up and then they've taken a picture likely after he's pumped some light weights, at a good angle with some smart lighting..
Steady on Joe!
Week 4 looks far better than 8 or 12. What's the point in being that chiseled? His face looks gaunt.
This exactly. Big fan of furious Pete, man can eat like a BEAST
at getting you fit and in shape, but long exercise still keeps you very healthy and builds your endurance. Okay so some of my joints are fucked already, my knees are permanently filled with fluid but after the initial couple of months you get used to that.
-some of my joints are fucked already, my knees are permanently filled with fluid
I took a free Crossfit intro class last weekend.
Coach: "We'll also teach you proper form. It's very easy to get injured with Crossfit. I'm injured right now."
Er, you know what, I might just not sign up for the whole course now you've said that.
has some real opposition to it from some corners due to the number of injuries being reported
"Yeah, it's like you've gotta eat like we did for the first 95% of our history, before the supermarkets got hold of us"
ALRIGHT THEN GILLIAN MCKEITH
But the amount of Bro-science is staggering.
Amazing, I'm totally stealing that.
It's fucking amazing I tell you. Don't knock it till you've done it for a month. Results are staggering. FACT.
How would you say it affected your, er... mood?
he appears to be pushing out his stomach: if he breathed in (as he clearly is in the 2nd picture) there would probably be some definition in his abs already. Other than that, a decent diet and a strict strengthening programme in the gym would get to picture 2 quite easily.
As a result of viewing this thread
He did the Monster Mass
It'd be hard limiting it to 1 glass of red wine a week, but I guess I could cope with drinking mostly white wine for 12 weeks.
bear in mind he works for mens fitness so no doubt has been to a gym before, add the fact he no doubt took every supplement stack under the sun and had a personal trainer and his own workplace pushing him on everday i don't see it being that crazy a transformation interms of how lean he got, aside from the figures as splenic said a quick cheeky pump and good lighting is the name of the game on these shoots
certainly gives you a good tan
It's not just good lighting, there's some clever makeup here as well. But yeah, fuck looking like Action Man thanks very much
I just can't be fucking bothered and I'm not that insecure.
If you're any good at Photoshop you could look like that in under 30 min!
but yeah I modified my diet last August and started going to the gym regularly and I lost 2 stone by November - now I need to undo getting injured in December coinciding with Christmas. Tried my hardest but still got a bit doughy and feeling my drop in fitness levels.
then get a fake tan, wax and have a professional photoshoot done of them?
