The generic foodstuff?
The ministerial manoeuvre?
clotted cream version = best.
heavily chocolate versions = worst
from Thorntons. Its very nice.
Cheap crap fudge can be pretty grim
i like the FIRST bite of a cheapy one. and then it tastes of plastic and i've finished the bag and I want to be sick.
The thortons ones are insanely good, agreed.
And it tasted like delicious irn bru-y, vaguely soapy, fudgey brilliance.
It's a bit poncey and always expensive but it's so worth it.
but i absolutely hate all kinds of alchoholic artisan fudge. which is weird considering dark spirits are my favourite.
send me some fudge to try and I will let you know...
I find that at ties it can be far too sweet. Otherwise, I love it.
sea salted >>>>>>> everything else
I think I might have a hole there but nothing else makes it hurt, just fudge.
It's well nice, I'm going to eat loads of it when i get home
it was pretty sweet
rip in peace
I hate the fudge made by the 'famous' fudge kitchen in Cambridge, it's brittle and oversweet and not very pleasant even though tourists go mad for it.
I don't really like having fudge messed with, so you can fuck off with your sultanas and coffee flavourings.
Tablet obviously beats fudge hands down.
Please can you go to that nice pub we went to that has a ballroom upstairs for that funny scottish dancing....cause I had some of that tablet stuff there with a coffee and its the best tablet ever and I bought some at the airport and it was pretty ming but that tablet was really good and I'd like £10 worth of that please THANKS X
We drank some beers but no coffees, dammit, but I'm sure they still have taboet with their hot drinks. It's called sloans and I'm going to ring them now and ask who supplies them (or whether they'd be willing to sell me some. ) you are so right, that stuff is amazing and has a crack-like addictive quality! (The stuff at the airport is always gash though.)
I really liked it and wanna go back for the crazy dancing.
Ooh if you can that would be AMAZING. It was the best/sweetest/i could feel my teeth rotting kind of thing i've ever popped in my mouth. I'll pay big bucks for it PO, BIG BUCKS.
I popped in for a quick half on bye before going to get my train and all the men were in kilts for their big NYe ceilidh. I can only do a ceilidh for about three dances though before wanting to throw up/ getting a stitch/ deciding 8'd rather be drinking and smoking. I am too naughty for the highlanders.
And they just have! It's from this supplier. I'll email them now.
I still haven't tried it. My toffee went tits up and I burnt my hand on the thermometer so i'm kind of scared to try anything more :(
I've made some peanut brittle that was pretty awesome from that book; also the dark chocolate and peppermint crackers (which tasted lovely but discoloured a bit). I've definitely burnt my tongue a few times trying to taste it as i go along!
prob ITV website as well, there's a video with it
i read it as being a name. the name of a Harry Potter character. well done me.
the name of my sister's childhood guinea pig. But thanks for playing.
