you can do large batches in advance and its not much hassle really.

Larger tescos and sainsburys ought to have it too. IN with the fortified wines/ sherries and stuff.
near the red wine section
a slight mis-spelling and we were all over that shit with helpful advice and puns on the popular spice combination.
this has since been cleared up.

I need it for pasta stuff nigella is telling me to buy some cant find some though
it's a curry
if so, maybe.........
was very very nice.
Cheapish too
If you're using it for cooking, you probably want a dry marsala rather than a sweet one - check as it can make a hell of a difference.
I use it quite often. Love a marsala sauce.
If it's the former, then just use dry sherry. For the latter, pedro jiminez would be a decent sub.
I made a nice pasta last weekend with those dried porchini mushrooms and a marscapone sauce..but I had no marsala so had to use white wine. Tasted alright though but not what it should
well she says dry would be more cost effective for her recipes as most have dry
I just use pellegrino marsala superiore - It' normally available in the big tesco and Asda nearby - normally near the port etc.
