Give reasons for what you use each for, how much and the type of milk
the number of brews per day varies
i prefer a splash of milk to sploshing
then one splosh per cup of tea. so probably nearly a pint. ish.
but some days I don't have cereal.
so about 1/2 - 3/4 of a pint.
otherwise i would have steered clear.
sometimes I have weetabix if it's in the house, don't have it in tea anymore. Prefer Jasmine tea anyway because I'm a poof etc
Have a few cups of tea during the day, so always have some in there. Then more often than not I'll have one pint during the evening if I'm at home.
Prefer steralised milk.
Quite like whole milk.
Will drink semi-skimmed.
Obviously no-one drinks skimmed milk, so not that.
for my cat.
I only drink milk if someone fucks up my coffee request.
and someone puts a white coffee infront of me. I know its nice they're making coffee for me but they put more effort in to fuck it up. And I hate white coffee.
if I have porridge instead of toast for example, or if I have a hot chocolate before bed instead of rose tea.
I can go weeks without any or I can have almost a pint in a day.
I only like sterilised, lovely and creamy, yum. Is that gold top, I dunno - my milk man brings it me in some weird screw top bottle these days and I can't remember what it was before that.
How is your milk man? I saw mine (Reg) the other day. His house is still full of crows.
I've only ever met him once, on the way home from a party - I don't know if his house if full of crows though. Reg's place sounds terrifying.

1/3 of a pink on weetabix (3 weetabix, chocolate. Semi skimmed milk)
a splash in my tea
maybe a latte or cappachino (always skimmed)
i use half a cup of soy milk for my porridge
i only drink black coffee & green tea
excluding any hidden milk that may be lurking in foodstuffs.
Just have a glass of it. Free at work. A little mid-morning treat, after my pint of orange juice and pint of cranberry juice.
I have about a pint a day of the red when we have it, green when we don't. I odn't eat cereal or other baby food like so many in m,hy office do, so I take my share of the milk by pouring it into a big glass and drinking it about mid morning with some biscuits.
I probably have about one capuccino and one tea a day too.
I think we're all having weetabix.

but that's not milk. That's cottage cheese.
1 splash per cuppa (about 8 cups per day)
Maybe once or twice a month I'll have Angel Delight
Cereal, brews, drinks of milk
3 days a week I use work milk for cereal and the 10 pints is just my home milk
Semi skimmed usually
If so I'll have an extra shake before workout.
Breakfast - 4 weetabix plus milk. More if I fancy extra weetabix.
Morning shake - 500ml with instant oats and whey protein.
Afternoon - 500ml with max gainer type protein shake.
Evening - Cup of chocolate milk (sometimes protein powder) before bed.
About 4/5 cups of tea throughout the day with a splash of milk in each.
Getting through quite a lot of milk at the moment, but I've managed to gain about half a stone.
I take all my protein with water
I also drink 1L chocolate milk on training days
Still very modest gains in terms of mass, but its probably because the MMA cardio really burns the calories.
Might start to dirty bulk.
I struggle to gain weight whatever I eat, only since having 2/3 shakes a day have I managed to consistently gain.
with cereal and in a glass if any chocolate is consumed.
i need milk after chocolate.
for White Russians, so not too much really
