From the end of January 2013 we will have a room in 3-bed Finsbury Park (N4) flat to rent.

You will be living with two gents, 29 and 30, who both work office hours. We share a passion for music and the occasional front room film and drink!

It is a single room for rent. The flat has a large shared garden, large living room and kitchen/dining area, and we have fast broadband, washing machine, oven, etc. It is situated on a quiet, pleasant street between Finsbury and Clissold parks.

The flat is very well connected transport-wise, being less than 10 minutes walk to both Finsbury Park and Manor House tube stations, plus less than five minutes walk to bus routes 29, 106, 141, 253, 254, 259 and 341. Loads more buses run from Finsbury Park, and the station also has national rail connections.

Rent is £510 per month including council tax and other bills, excluding electricity (which is on a meter).
