Sibling rivalry
Most of the time it is very subtle but it still exists. Do you have brothers and sisters. How many? Is there ever ongoing arguments and little things that you might do to gain more favor from a parent etc.

There used to be but not really now
My brother's clearly winning in some respects - he's had a stable job for longer, has his own home and is having a kid and getting married but we're actually sufficiently similar to get on well and sufficiently different for there to be much of a rivalry...
(although I do feel a bit guilty that he buys far more expensive Xmas presents than I do...but I don't think my parents mind)

resent the shit out of me.
I have one sister
She's 18 months older than me. She's always been better than me in every way. I think I gave up trying to compete with her in early childhood.
I taught my brother to play chess when we were younger
and I haven't beaten him since that game.
my brother was obviously far better at tennis when we was kids
but I just used to lob the ball really high for every shot and he couldn't deal with it. Man it drove him nuts. I wonder if doing that would work against pro tennis players.
I really don't have any rivalry with my sisters
They're twins too and I don't think there's ever been much rivalry between them either. To be fair all 3 of us are at pretty much the same level of success life-wise
my older brother and younger sister are both 'cleverer' than me
cos they've done better at school, uni etc
i'm much better at football than my brother though so we all know who the real winner is

I have a brother

10 and 12 years younger respectively, so there's no rivalry, just me being protective of them both.
