coldsores
Hey
I used to get coldsores at least once a year, maybe twice and quite badly as well. Pretty much whenever I was ill.
Don't think I've had one in about 3 years though. I know it's a virus you have for life but I wonder why I'm not really getting them anymore.

If I cut or bump my lip on the rim of a broken glass.
Bang. Cold sore 3 days later
I wonder if it's connected to the allergy to suncream that I developed
Maybe you found a natural phage thing that stopped it?

I think I was off school with a coldsore once

I used to get a lot of coldsores.
Once I had rampant coldsores on EACH corner of my mouth. I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to as much as eat a sandwich for about 3 days... :(

Oh man, they're the bane of my existence..
I get them if I'm run down.
Weirdly, I went through a patch of not getting any for about 2/3 years, but more recently they've started up again with one every couple of months. Awful.
A friend told me taking vitamin B complex is a good preventative measure, and since I started taking that I havent had one, so maybe..

Me and my bro both caught them off our parents when we were small and he doesnt get them at all any more. Bastard.
I've read so much stuff about them, but one quite common thing I've read is that at around age 25-30, you'll go through having a bad year of them, but then after that they kind of disappear.
Wishful thinking for me, but that would be nice..

I haven't had one in about six months now though. I'm scared they're all going to come at one.
One time I got impetigo, a coldsore AND a fungal infection all at once. My skin is shit.

My Dad has awful dandruff and now I think I have dandruff.
tending to get fewer, less severe ones, as I get older.

james doesn't have herpes simplex
it only passes on when you actually have a coldsore and I've not had one for 3 years. Didn't give it to any of my previous partners. Beginning to think I might not even get coldsores.
james also doesnt have any other type of herpes
