it was ok
someone rang up and shouted because she'd rung 3 times and got through to the wrong place and there must be something wrong with the phones and i suggested that she'd pressed the wrong options as nobody else had had any problems but she was through now so how could i help? and she said that she was going to hang up and call again to prove that there was a problem with the phones. then she hung up. mental. she didn't even ask what department she was through to.
That is a bit mental. It's fun to Get increasingly smugly nice to customers
when they are raging, they never know how to react!

i had a really rude woman the other day but she didn't swear, but then i saw a record of her previous call where she'd sworn at the person so much she'd hung up on her.
