Low fat things to eat between meals
BUT low far =/= healthy. a krispy kreme donut is low in fat.
so yeah, nuts and seeds are a good call
those nakd bars are fucking tasty
Especially the chocolate ones.
I usually add dairylea. No idea if that counts as healthy, but it is tasty.
like nutella or cheese or peanut butter or pate
Wotsits are very low in fat but probably not really all that great for you.

Only a thin slather. 3 large rice cakes with chocolate on is about 200 - good if you are used to biscuits. They're good to have before you exercise (well any dark chocolate is).
studies have found that people who eat a little bit of dark chocolate before a workout get more from the workout than those who don't eat anything. I suppose its got a bit of caffiene in, gives you energy but doesn't make you feel sick?
You're not supposed to eat LOADS but about a cube of dark chocolate or a bit on a rice cake (like they do in Pret which is only about a cube or so spread on the rice cake and hardened)
