At my school you could go down the corridor and see the old school photos
and everyone in the previous years had terrible, terrible curtains.
Thank god we'll never be looked and laughed at in the same way - stiffly-gelled quiffs will ALWAYS be in fashion.
I've got a cowlick
That was a thing at school as well right? It's a pain in the arse
yeah that was a thing
Steps
As in, where people had the lower part of their hair shaved but left the upper bit in a bowl cut. That was fashionable around 1990. My mum wouldn't let me have my hair like that though. In hindsight, I am grateful.
Also, there was always the guy who had obviously slept on his hair and it had stuck up all over the place, completely resisting all attempts to flatten it down with a wet comb.
see also tramlines
with regards to that sticming up hair though, my hair did that. nowt could be done about it. always had some sticking up. still do a bit
how do you not sleep on your hair?
Well, I mean that they've washed their hair the night before or something.
It usually happened to the nerdy types with no proper haircut. It happened to me a lot.
I got a haircut of military-style efficiency last night.
Only problem is that the guy shaved an end to my sideburns, but I have a beard.
So now I have a beard with a big gap before my sideburns.
I don't know why he did this.
can you colour it in til it grows back?
What, my face-y gap in between?
Probably not.
fair enough, it'll only be a couple of days
