I've read loads about it, as I did A Level History coursework on it and then wrote my dissertation on Michael Herr's 'Dispatches'. I've also seen Full Metal Jacket, like, 6 times. And Platoon and Apocalypse Now, like, twice, but never all in one go. Expert.
