had beef with imax, complained in about 3 emails, all ignored. made a sarcy comment to someone on twitter about them, sorted beyond my expectations within a day
BT are actually amazing on Twitter.
I had some tickets that hadn't arrived and only noticed on the day of the gig. Tried emailing customer service but got nothing back, tweeted something ranting about @ticketmaster and someone got in touch straight away and my problem was solved in about an hour.
We also had a problem with Virgin recently, we lost TV and web for over 24 hours at the weekend. I tweeted "@virginmedia has now been down for a remarkable 21 hours in Camden and surrounding areas. That's nae telly and nae porn!"
They actually got back in touch with me...
and they recorded a video on a barge with a squirrel to answer my question, for some reason
can get a lot sorted out
also a lot of free/last minute gig tickets flying about
