Or are you depressed? Is it one of those types of hangovers? I've been getting them so bad recently I stopped drinking much.
Anyway basically you're screwed unless you ate before you went to sleep.
Bacon sarnie would help though.
i wouldn't call it a hangover, but I guess it is really.
We didn't have anything in the flat when i go in.
Bacon sarnie is a good shout!
If you just want advice on how to get rid of a really rough hangover, though, i have a faultless system...
Take the day off, turn your mobile off, unplug your housephone, disconnect the doorbell, have a really big shit and a dead long piss, drink a couple of pints of cordial, have a very long steaming hot shower, get dried off, etc, put a wooly hat on, some comfy jogging bottoms and a big thick pair o' socks, get a multipack of crisps, some sweets, chocolates and a big bottle of cold orange lucozade (you need to have this shit already bought, really), go and lie in bed for a few hours watching old episodes of American telly dramas. If you're still not fighting fit after a few hours, order a pizza. Last option - get back on the beer, anything different to what you were on the previous night.
Socially-inadequate virgins need not reply.
It's normally the day after the hangover though.
replace it with kopparberg or something.
I regularly wake up early doors and put away a bottle of sickly sweet chav cider to quash my thirst.
The mixed fruits stuff just tastes like ribena, it's well nice when you need alcohol but would throw up drinking proper alcohol.
Always get the pizza. Either it's a victory pizza or a cry-for-help pizza. Both types are good.
then I owuld do this. Sleep also helps- pop a night nurse and wake up in another day feeling right as rain.
...especially a weekend long one, I feel very, very down from Sunday evening to, sometimes, Tuesday evening.
Although because I am keenly aware of what's caused it, I just carry on and get through it with minimum of. Nothing really more to it than that.
but not fondue.
