anyone doing it?
to grow a moustache to be proud of. I'll save myself the embarrassment and not bother.
but then decided I cared more about not looking like a tit than I did about cancer.
I'll donate etc money to people who are doing it thogh - using money to assuage guilt FTW.
they all just use it as an excuse to see if they're capable of growing a tache
I don't think it will look good enough to warrant it though, plus I can't be arsed shaving the rest of my face each day / explaining what I'm doing to people I have to meet through work. And I'm never going to fundraise through it, the idea of asking my colleagues to sponsor me to grow a moustache makes me cringe.
So in short, no.
sometimes I like to have a moustache in November. cue loads of pricks asking if I have grown a moustache for Movember. no, I like moustaches at different times of the year.
it's a good idea though, agreed
First time I just did it for the tache excuse, although last year I did collect for charity, and didn't do too badly actually.
Not sure about this year yet. I'll probably start, and see how it goes.
and got asked on Monday if I'd done to prepare my face for Movember.
I didn't realise it was that popular.
I did it because I wasn't concentrating and took too much off with the first swipe of the clippers.
not for charity though.
i hate charity
so he could go to Australia....about 2k was to pay for his trip where he was just seemingly hanging out and the other 3k was to go towards a charity. Just paying for the cunts holiday. I like people to suffer for their causes, like running really far, or ductaping their testicles to their leg, you know? not growing some hair on their face for a LAFF
Closing in on £100 raised. Not too shabby for just not shaving for a month. Slightly worried my top lip might not be accustomed to the cold thats come in and I might get frostbite and die.
...but can't help but think that a lot of people doing it are trying to be a bit wacky.
My reason for thinking this? My new commute goes through Clapham, and a disproportionate amount of people there are doing it.
