Feels like you've got less money than before cos you don't wanna go back into it.
take a look at the money you were charged each month when you were in it. It might soothe your woes.
Hardly anything. It's actually rubbish this. I might just get stuck into it again.
how much was the overdraft and who with?
Thats a fuckton of money when you're living week to week!
Tell myself I'm gonna do that, never get around to it. I'm an idiot.
and for a couple of months i was a bit gutted but now i'm feeling pretty good about it
I didn't so I still have an interest free overdraft with my student account. it should have automatically changed to a graduate account by now where I get less interest free overdraft but it hasn't.
It was pretty sweet.
Paid off my overdraft with my first proper paycheck and lived like a pauper for a month.
Still interest free until June next year, but think the max amount decreases in December. It's going take me about 6 months to get out of it at the current rate I'm being payed. Basically had to live of the thing at uni, only time I'd be in credit was the week my loan came in.
Ran up the full £2000 when I was a student, and never was very good at saving to pay it off. Split up with my girlfriend a few months ago (partly due to money problems, the rest due to me being a twat) and moved back in with parents to get some money saved up. Now I'm a month away from paying it off. Can't explain how good it feels; it's great to know that everything I earn will actually be mine and not technically belong to the bank.
i've only ever been £7.50 into my overdraft and it was in august because i bought loads of stuff in morrisons that i didn't even get to eat
