my sense of smell doesn't work for at least 10 minutes.
Does anyone else get that?
I think the smell parts of my brain are asleep when I'm sleeping.
Maybe all the things just haven't started to smell of anything yet.
The scientific evidence is all there and yet you still deny it. Go bash people with bibles or handle some snakes, whatever it is you crazed science-deniers do.
Like you wont smell spilt beer or smoke or whatever when you wake up, but go outside for 10 minutes and come back in and you can smell it again. Or maybe you were just pissed up from that glass of red wine
thanks for reminding me.
Didn't laugh. Honest.
you didn't say a little prayer
I had to make a journey missoin yesterday morning fomr a friend's house that I'd crashed at on sunday night, back to my flat to get changed before work. I waited till getting to mine for a shower, which means I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED on leg 1 of the journey.
just imagine it
(I could just about see, but my ears were blocked and i couldn't really hear, smell or taste, or what's the other one?) Feel! Christ, I could feel plenty.
I mean, inside of my body, I felt horrendous. Because of wine and occktails and lack of sleep.
It must be so easy for totaly pervos to have a field day on the central line in the morning.
this is all you think about isn;t irt
I can't taste my breakfast. Save the coffee til the end so I can actually enjoy it. Life is pain.
I was listening to a radio show and the guy was talking about how he found sleeping weird and it did sound weird the way he described it. Like in the evening you take your clothes off and lie on a big pad in a special room and you close your eyes and everything just goes off/onto standby.
Some people have that problem where the chemicals haven't cleared out of their brain motor centers when they wake up, so they're actually self-paralyzed for a bit (it's supposed to keep you from jumping around while you dream). I've always thought that would be terrifying, but then I often have the opposite problem of thrashing about and sleepwalking.
it was horrific.
I've never heard anyone talk about that before on here
It doesn't last very long, but it's enough to ruin your morning. It's only happened to me three times, and it hasn't happened in a while, but it still creeps me out.
As a kid I used to sleepwalk and have night terrors; I don't know if the two phenomena are specially related.
