THIS IS THE NEEEWWS.
I hope he gets millions in compensation.
RIGHT GUYS, JUST DON'T TASER BLIND 61 YEAR OLDS, COOL? WE'LL GET IN TROUBLE AGAIN OTHERWISE. SOUND.
Hey, if it stops JUST ONE MORE blind person getting tasered then it was worth it.
for a samurai sword?
I bet they yelled: "Hey you with the sword"
and the blind man was thinking, 'I don't have a sword they must not be talking to me'
If you're walking down the street blind not doing anything wrong then you're not going to assume all the hullabaloo is about you.
This morning I saw a policeman in full uniform withdrawing money from a cash point. Even though he's a normal person, him doing this in uniform just looked weird.
See also when I see policemen in Tescos buying milk.
always weirds me out
because they're walking about Tescos with their guns
Was waiting for a bus in Holburn, looking up at the electronic sign trying to work out the best one to get. All a sudden I feel this massive thwack across the back of my legs like I've been caned. I spin around and it's an elderly man with a white stick, which he whacks me twice more with before I step off the pavement onto the road and he yells 'Get out of the way! I'm blind, why can't you get out of the way!'. Now, I wasn't in his way, I was by the bus stop he was going to have to navigate around anyway. Plus I was preoccupied so had no idea he was coming. And he proper whacked me. If it had been a toddler in his way, he would seriously have hurt them. Anyway, I'm British, so I mumbled an apology. Turns out he wanted a bus too, which came almost immediately. As soon as he stepped on (with two people offering to help him) he started screaming at the driver for not putting out a ramp or something.
Anyway, I don't know if he's miserable and angry because he's blind or he's blind because God is punishing him for being miserable and angry, but he bloody well spoilt my day.
Take solace in the fact hes blind which has practically wrecked his entire life
in Manchester 2 wks ago. I was walking around her and she did a sudden 90 degree turn straight into my path. Felt like a right dick. I helped her catch the bus.
But did the faux pas of holding her rather than the other way round.
Even if he was, hitting people is probably his idea of fun - let him have it. You get to see things, he gets to hit things, everybody happy.
i very rarely see blind people, except on kingsway, where i see roughly one a fortnight
Where's the 'alight here for Royal National Institute of Blind People' on the Tube? Baker Street?
do blind people go to moorfields a lot? dik
that's supposed to be IDK at the end
when it comes down to it
it will be interesting to compare the photos of the blind man and the samurai sword man
accident waiting to happen.
