This week not attached to any particular day! Hooray!
(I quite like starting these as I find talking about exercising and that quite a good motivator.)
Started doing some variations on pull ups and push ups this week. Managed some uneven pullups, which are holding onto the bar with one hand, whilst the other grips the wrist of that arm.
Question of the week: Injuries- are you carrying any at the moment, and what's the worst you've had?
I'm currently not too bad, hamstrings a bit sore but that's not unusual on a rest day. The skin between the top of my shoulder blades is getting a bit mashed up though, think this is from the bezel on the bar during squats. Might have to work on keeping the bar still.
Worst was probably a groin tear during football, could barely walk afterwards. Ouch.
