so easier said than done really.
i've got it. supposed to be cycling to the hospital to do some stuff there, but can't be arsed as then i'll need to cycle back here, then work some more, then do some overtime, then cycle home. Might just do it on monday morning yeh i'll do that.

This is almost certainly a total coincidence.
because it makes me too sleepy for my friday night. (that said, I had a slice of rhubabrb cake earlier, but shhh, I'll be ok.) I had sashmimi and seaweed for lunch and i feel super alert.
When I get poist lunch crash, I put elastic bands on my wrist. When I feel myself dropping of,f I ping the bands,. BINGO- AWAKE> For about another 40 seconds anyway....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
