how do you build a skyscraper
cranes build themselves, so it works out ok, before you ask.
there's all these cranes up. but do they really go that high
ready to be assembled. It was awesome
and then airlift the kiln, leaving the newly glowing skyscraper in place. takes like a month to cool down before anyone can get inside.
/ the first thing is to work out where you want to build your skyscraper, and then securing a plot of land in your desired location.
/ assess market conditions and demands - does the area need residential? office space? a hotel? something else? you'll also need to consult the relevant local plan (prepared by the local authority), any regional plans that may exist, and finally national planning guidelines.
/ once you've determined the form your building will take, you'll need get some architects to design it for you.
/ once you have a design, you'll need to seek planning permission for the development from the local authority.
/ should you obtain planning permission, you'll need money to build it. you can get get that in a variety of ways - your own savings, maybe banks, maybe foreign investors, pension funds etc.
/ once you have all of this sorted, you can begin arranging construction. generally this gets outsourced to multiple companies, who may provide materials or workers for the site. you may also need to clear the site first, if it has existing structures or waste on it.
/ you'll also need to take care of finding tenants to occupy the building. you can outsource this as well, of course.
/ you'll also need to find someone who can handle day-to-day management, and likely someone to take car of repairs over the building's expected lifespan.
/ congrats! you're donald trump!
(i went in trump tower, it is so disgusting)
what about bridge
that's quite simple.
