Anything new to report in your exercise regimes?
I visited a Council gym on Saturday and it was a bit weird, kind of like cheating on my regular gym. But the council gym was a bit short on equipment, no barbells or squat racks, weights all compressed into one corner whilst there were loads of cardio machines. So kind of like cheating with a girl who's really short, with wonky boobs and missing teeth.
Seeing how busy the free weights section was, surprised they hadn't expanded this, it was very cramped round that bit, most uncomfortable. Had a bit of a naff workout and stuck to mostly bodyweight exercises.
Do you ever have days where you just seem to be 'off' and are weaker/slower than usual? I'm trying to work out what causes them. I think large breakfasts may be a factor..
