in square feet.
which is nice of them I suppose.
I suspect that the reason it costs so much is, as the article says, because it will come with a resident parking permit.
Apparently, there were about four or five offers on the place. There's additional perks if you're a home owner in Knightsbridge. For some rich people £90K is worth getting parking perks etc.
so many typos and weird opinions
The person who buys it will rent it out to forty illegals. That's what all Londoners do.

The kind of wanker who's gonna buy that isn't gonna be cooking for himself.
No wonder the polar ice caps are melting.
Shower cum toilets, I ask you. Only in that London.
the morning routine of the eventual buyer
I would get it just so any potential clients wouldn't have to worry about parking (providing parking was a perk)
but it appears to come with a residents' permit and would be good for someone who works / parties hard in London who would just need somewhere to crash, have a shower in their toilet and cry themselves to sleep on their single bed. £120k seems quite cheap actually, the kind of person who would buy this would most likely be a cash buyer and have ten times that knocking around.
Not seen him in ages.
Absolutely would make more sense. I suppose you would end up profitting on your 120k investment if you bought the flat though, hotels is just dead money. Having said that, it is only an 85 year lease, so if you sell it on, it will be even less than that. All a bit weird really.
There's not indication of one, even one that pulls down from the wall.
A single bed, mind.
I mean, I wouldn't, but it'd be interesting to see how to make it work.
