How much would you say you spend a month/year on them?
average probably a couple of hundred a year maybe
Spend about £15 a month on new tops/jumpers etc from them. Also spend £20 every few months to get new jeans from H&M. Will also buy a band t-shirt at a show if I really like it
I like having lots of clothes to choose from, but don't have much money, so I find it best to buy 2nd hand. The only high street shop I actually like anyway is UniQlo
or a hoody
every couple of years some new jeans
i would like to have more nice clothes, but most clothes i see in the shops are either shit or too expensive and shopping is really boring/hassle
EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS?
but they won't ever be a priority really, with everything else, and I just don't have the money to burn.
So- some months nothing, round the new year quite a lot.
like, last week I bought a pair of jeans and two jumpers (£50 total). Last time before that was probably a few months ago.
My dad bought me new 'work' shoes and trousers when I went home in August though - just showed him my then-current ones casually and he practically forced money into my hands.
<£200 a year, certainly.
I probably spend about £100 a month. I don't even know why. I never go anywhere and I still dress like an idiot.
and can afford
which is probably about once a week
nothing too fancy generally
Would guess £60 a month average? If I had more I'd spend it. I'm really not the sort of woman who can look good in a primark dress and falling apart shoes.
usually spend £30 at a time
ranges from about £50 to £150 depending on what i need, for example buying a new winter coat = £100 easy
bought some clothes last night after i realised the last time i did was last september
I reckon I spent over £100 on clothes a month easily.
Both pairs of trousers I have has holes in the crotch and all my shirts have a rip in or button missing somewhere. About £50 a year max I reckon, and go to get them once every 3 months
Got my coat nicked on friday night. Bought a new one on Saturday. This happens quite often though.
left on a seat? you really should look after stuff a bit better, I reckon.
hung it on the back of the loo door. Left it there. Realised while walking home i was a bit chilly and the penny dropped. Nah, whoever picked it up is welcome to it. I'm at liberty to leave things at my back. if I want.
Such as a pair of shoes or a belt or a jumper. This takes me ages to decide and buy, shops are full of so much shite. So once a month I buy something. Every now and then I get a couple of new shirts for work or a tie or some t-shirts online.
I quite like clothes, tbh.
I'd shop every day. I love clothes. I've been a bit broke due to spending too much on drink but if I cut down I get to restart that other addiction
I have loads of stuff that I'll never actually get round to wearing. I either give them away to mates when I'm pissed or charity shops.
Probably a shirt or t-shirt once a month. And replace other stuff when it wears out. And then a larger purchase (suit/winter coat) a couple of times a year.
Usually when I need something, like a new pair of jeans. I quite rarely 'browse', as the shops round here are lame and close at 5.30pm. The city centre on Saturday is the worst so I usually avoid it if I can.
About £30-50 on jeans, same on a shirt/jumper. More for a coat obvs.
trouble is, most stuff looks like shit or is well expensive, and on the odd opccasion you do find something good in Topman or whatever, every cunt has it on within 2 weeks
once i start i get quite into it.
I reckon i've spent about £400 o far this year.
i want some new clothes tho - get a bit smarter
So prooobbs average about £200 a year. Interesting stuff. Going to buy some new jeans this weekend as my thighs have become too large for most of my current pairs since I started cycling regularly. Fascinating.
