Ruuugh! TRIAN TO WIN! PUMP THAT IRON etc..
How are people’s exercise routines going? I’ve had a cold for a week or so that’s made me train a bit like a chump. Got back on it today though, and feeling pretty damn awesome at the moment. Apart from a slight pain in my right knee, but I’ll blame that on the weather.
Anyway, question for the week- are there any particular exercises or parts of them that you struggle with?
My killer is an overhead press, seems to be weaker than my other lifts. Maybe the fear of dropping a barbell on my head.. Hate using the machine for this though, it feels really unnatural and uncomfortable. (not that I use the machines much anyway..)
