usually biscuits on the way in, breakfast at my desk at 10:30, lunch at 1...usually a snack inbetween breakfast and lunch but not today for some reason. HOW WEIRD.

You can't have it every day though, I've been toggling it with Sainsbury's sushi rolls (227 cals) so as to not bore myself to death.
You need more cals.
A proper dinner. Not a worker dinner, whatever that might be.
We're CRUNCHING at work so takeaway is happening nightly.
I'm on a 1600 cals a day *diet* though ignoring the above. Me and the gf are trying to shed a bit of weight/get healthier, I've lost about a stone in the last six weeks or so. It's a useful app for watching what you eat.

I don't think I need to lose much more to be honest, I'll probably up the amount of cals I have quite soon, I started doing it just to be nice and supportive in all honesty but losing a bit certainly hasn't hurt. If only I was a few inces taller it'd be less notable when I'm a bit porky!
a greek yoghurt thing
Bacon(x3), fried egg(x2) and tomato(x3) for breakfast. Hoisin duck wrap, chicken salad and a mango smoothie for lunch. Just ate a banana, going out for steak later.

Cause my dad got fat because he would eat our leftovers. So my mum made us put washing up liquid on our dinners when we were done.

Did he learn to like the taste of washing up lquid or somethiing crazy like that?
He just stopped eating dinners and started eating family size packets of biscuits when my mum was asleep.

2 cups of tea and a shed load of water

Dinner: Tofu Risotto (Im making that at the moment but wont eat until my son comes back from the gym)
