He, erm, advises wealthy people as to what to invest their money in.
...but I know for a fact he doesn't sit around slagging off people he's never met on the internet.
Its a financial advisor that only works at the top end.
S'all about tax efficiency.
(See Jimmy Carr)
The ones who put themselves in the middle market call themselves Independent Financial Advisor (IFA's) and the ones at the top call themselves "wealth managers".
Having worked in a related field I'd trust most of them about as far as I could throw them.
I come to DiS to get away from RDR. Kindly refrain from ever mentioning it here again.
Now go and wash your hands: your tea's ready in 5 minutes.
Are you qualified? WILL you get qualified?
I'm on to you, Vale. This doesn't end here.
None of the above (thank the Lord)
As my troll radar is dodgy. But, in all seriousness, do you just believe we should all just get on our bikes and make something of ourselves? Then everything would be rosy, right?
No one in this country does.
Okay, they're all under the same thematical umbrella, but they just seem so scattershot that I'm almost certain you're on a wind up.
Trying to support oneself with the unlikely prospect of lucrative oddjobs won't work for everyone. To live with some amount of humane comfort, a steady wage is needed. Anger towards out of touch people like yourself only grows when you spout such nonsense. Left-wing politicians aren't trying to hamper those well off, but support those who are struggling. Posters in this forum will probably sympathise, so watch your step.
I'm frequently looking for people to clean out the pool
while the go-getters amongst us are enjoying a concerto, played on the largest violins known to humanity.
You are certainly being inconsiderate with your comments, however. Have you considered that I myself may not be struggling for work? So many tories, like yourself, have such a lack of empathy, that some of us have to think of those most in need. Much of what you said blames the people. Money, or so you believe, isn't so difficult for anyone to find. Why don't the millions of unemployed just tend some posh gardens? Stick with this view and there is no hope for you. To believe unemployment is just a by-product of laziness is incredible.
A change will be coming to upset your sort. Four years from now, in a Labour government will make you wish tax was still 50%. Pack your bags now, so you can stop giving back to the country already. Of course you'll probably chose Monaco. Cheap places like Nice just round the corner for your scrimping. Lager louts need never bother you again :).
Not many people are going to be willing to pay to gt these gardens tended though, are they.
Seriously, how did you fools get a rise out of this obvious bollox?
choosing Barcelona off that board = illegitimate Pointless move
your contributions to this thread, Sheeeeeeeit.
He got Robinson Crusoe mixed up with Huckleberry Finn.
