Recently I've been grilling green peppers and then eating them. Most of the time with grilled chicken and rice.
1 x Green Pepper
1 x Chicken Breast
1 x Rice
Cut up the breast into thin slices resembling bacon, chuck some bbq sauce on top.
Cut the pepper up into 8/12 bits.
Grill (3) for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned (the chicken).
