i am making progress at becoming healthy through my swimming adventures (saw a 2 year old make a beeline for the deep end yesterday, lol) but am now starting to reconsider my stance on cycling.
cycling to work it not an option, it's too far away. but i could like, go for a bike ride in the evening i suppose. does it make you really healthy? how much does a bike cost that isn't a great bike but won't fall apart? how much bike based knowledge am i going to need to acquire.
