- Do you like them?
- What is your favourite flavour?
is this this special perle de lait one that lady on tv keeps banging on about?
just got 8 variety pack of activia yoghurts. The blueberry one was really nice
I don't really have a favourite.
It has little bits of toffee in it, some hard, some soft.
I enjoy myself eating them.
I think I know what one you mean its nice
- Buy yoghurts with good intentions of having more healthy snacks available to me
- Forget about buying yoghurts
- Eat crisps/sweets instead
- Look in fridge
- See out of date yoghurts
- Curse myself and throw them away
- Repeat in a month or so
- Buy yoghurts to have healthier snacks
- Eat yoghurts after dinner
- realise it wasn't enough and have some minstrels or a twirl and some biscuits.
They used to do an amazing one a Borough Market. and then it just disappeared :( not heard from it since.
Love frozen yoghurt
generally being packed full of sugar or artificial sweetners. The ones which are low calorie tend to be packed full of bulking agents and aspartame. The ones which are not low calorie tend to be full of sugar and fat.
I do love yoghurt though, the proper fatty thick ones. I like greek yog and honey and nuts.
Bang some granola in there and you're sorted.
Also love the cadbury's flake/wispa/fudge/mini eggs ones if I'm feeling pwopa nawty
No nonsense yoghurt.
Tesco toffee yoghurt with chewy bits in.
think and creamy.
adding your own raisins and nuts and shit
I started to about a year ago after a colleague swore blind that they make you feel fuller for longer.
Because I eat so many of them, I tend to go for supermarket own brand ones - but the Tesco summer fruits ones are nice (especially banana), as are the Sainsbury's equivalent. My girlfriend once bought me some Peppa Pig petti folous (spelling?), which she found hilarious.
i like to add wotsits for a crunchy cheesey fruit taste sensation.
