(Apologies in advance if anyone's died).
this would be great though, source?
this is a weather joke, carry on
That was a good gig.
DJ Scotch Egg and Unit Ama played too.
the cellar flooded, leaks sprang open around five windows and through three cracks in the ceiling. We shut an hour early
a man canoeing down a street near my house
lightning striking the tyne bridge
a charva swimming pool
the end of days
inside newcastle uni
the dean street gusher
inside the metro centre
its clear and sunny now and only moaning drivers are clogging up the roads ruining the fun for everyone
If any of us owned a kayak, we'd have done the same thing. Or at least, I know I would.
IT'S OK HE'S NOT A DICK, LETS LAUGH WITH HIM
How everyone laughed!
I mean on the other side of the flood water. I got stuck on a wall by the primary school :(
so I hopped off and walked the rest of the back over byker bridge in about 15 minutes. How I chuckled at the chumps stuck in their cars.
so byker, heaton or walker
Newcastle disers clearly all live 5 mins from each other.
I wish I did though. Well I did until the raw sewage.
what a nice sunny evening. Might go for a run in a bit.
Walkergate was really bad, sitting on a bus for two hours watching the water rise and rise (going into peoples houses), cars get totally submerged and kids playing on dingys.
I *REALLY* want to see Lightning Bolt again.
apparently isn't at Scotswood Bridge yet, having left Eldon Garden at about 4.30. That's, what, about 3-4 miles or so? I'm counting myself lucky to have done my journey of about 6 or 7 miles in 3 and a half hours...
glad I got off the 15 when it reached the RVI or I'd probably still be barely over the central motorway now
apparently its really bad around Heworth
someone just posted that they're finally home - four hours from newbiggin hall to wallsend
cos my bus got stuck. Had no idea how bad it was when I got off, but after seeing it I wouldn't be surprised if it were stuck there for longer than it took me to get home. Also Stanley bus station was flooded, water gushing down the walls.
and the BBC says someone has died
I'm gonna get US Postal Service on that shit
