I just made a really nice salad with dates, walnuts and betroot. Really pleased with it.
4 x satsuma
1 x apple
therefore, quite easily. Plus they're £1 for 15 at Aldi at the mo so I've stocked up
Followed by a Snickers at some later point and a spot of Diet Coke.
With chilli sauce and salad. Plus half a tin of mushroom soup, with added water and milk to make a kinda cup a soup (the other half I had yesterday). Plus two carrots and a banana.
Carrot cupcake and a few maoam stripes that I found for dessert
Roast beef half baguette with tomatoes, mustard and mayonnaise
had bacon, 3 fried eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and toast for breakfast
and 2 bananas for elevenses
unless you're a scaffolder or some shit, that's a fuck load of food
Somewhat controversially with mash instead of rice. It's good.
i couldn't be bothered to make it last night though so brought a round lettuce, cucumber, little tin of tuna and tin of sweetcorn in to work with me, annoyed i wont have any red onions with it.
home-made french dressing. i am STARVING, my colleague has only just gone to lunch tho :(

Bowl of pasta, a chicken and bacon baguette, some roasted peanuts, a protein bar and 1 pint of milk. Im still hungry. INSATIABLE :(
