I made a massive stir-fry the other day. I’ve been eating it for lunch and evening meal for the last 2 days and I’ve still got some left in the freezer (side question – is it okay to freeze stir frys?).
The only stuff that I’ve made and frozen in the past is stuff like curries, soup, etc.....what stuff do you make in bulk?
I wouldn’t mind trying a casserole, but I think it wouldn’t be too healthy to eat that every day – whereas with a stir fry it’s not so bad because there’s loads of vegetables and it’s chicken as opposed to beef (mine is anyway).
