I have a whole chicken in the fridge. I don't particularly want to do a traditional roast chicken, so I'm coming here for ideas.
I have a wide selection of veg and a plethora of sauces, marinades and spices at my disposal.
I'm open to most ideas.
I'd like to eat this tonight, potentially half of it and then keep the other half for tomorrow or something, so bear that in mind.
