Meths asked me to start this and as the sun is out it's seems quite fitting.
Anyone done a bbq yet? Mine is still under cover but if the weather stays like this at the weekend then I might be tempted to disrobe that badboy and get it going.
Any bbq recomendations or tips?
There's a programme on GoodFood channel at the moment called BBQ University. It is the most American programme I think I've ever seen, the presenter gauges heat from the grill by counting in Missippissi's for gods sake. Still he comes up with some interesting stuff.
Think I'll be attempting some pulled pork soon.
